Operetta Designs is a full-service party consultation atelier. Founded to help bring luxury and decadence for events of any occasion, Operetta is sure to impress on any budget. Intricate details are a must! Founder and Creative Director, Alicia Naraine-Cohen has had the pleasure of incorporating her mixed background of rich cultures into numerous events. Her combination of experience, love and education in both fields of Business and Art, have given her the perfect tools to stand out in the party planning industry.
Alicia has been making all things pretty since her childhood and has always had a flare for event planning. With a little convincing from some of Montreal’s best in the business, she finally opened the doors to Operetta Designs in 2012. Furthermore, she went on to get certified by the Wedding Planning Institute of Canada (WPIC) to help ensure all her clients get the best service possible. She has since expanded the company to include such services as: custom stationery, photoshoot styling, jewelry, and more.
Alicia’s clients recognize her for her bubbly personality, creative ideas, soft spoken demeanor, and her small stature that provides nothing less than big dreams. In her spare time, Alicia enjoys spending time with family and friends, snuggling with her pets (Snowflake & Pepper – who look like a Bride and Groom), throwing dinner parties and watching classic movies. She also lends her time to the Non-Profit Breast Cancer Foundation Pink in the City, which holds a special place in her heart. This pint-size planner finds inspiration in everything – especially her impressive shoe closet!
